EDE Band Day Information Band Day is this coming Saturday, May 11th. Here is the info again..... Where do we meet? We are #5A and meet on 6th St. W. And 1st Ave. W. I think that is close to St. Josephs School. Please be at the studio float by 10:15 am. Costumes can be worn, however no dance shoes should be worn. No hip hop shoes, tap shoes, ballet shoes, etc. Comfortable shoes for walking. If the weather is chilly, dancers should wear studio logo clothing...sweatshirts, sweatpants, dance jackets, t-shirts, etc. Dress according to weather. Do dancers ride, walk, etc? Dancers are invited to participate in the parade with us by walking with us, riding scooters, rollerblading or riding the float (little ones). Can dancers throw candy? Dancers can hand candy out, however they must go to the children of the parade and hand out, not throw from the float. Candy Where do dancers get picked up at and when? Parents need to pick their dancers up from the parade as soon as our entry reaches the end (end right past Harmon Park), do not wait until the end of the parade or when it gets over.
